1) Who we are

This website is owned and operated by RMD Petcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("True Hunt", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). Our website offers premium wet food and related products for cats.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Returns & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy (together, the "Policies"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Note: If any part of these Terms conflicts with consumer protections that apply to you under mandatory law, those protections will prevail.

2) Eligibility & authority

To use the Services, you must:

• be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and have the legal authority and capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You may not use the Services if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country or region.

3) Account & information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to updateit as needed. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

Online store terms :

• By using our online store, you agree you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;
• you will comply with all applicable laws (including intellectual‑property laws); and you will not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach may result in immediate termination of your access.

4) Products, availability & descriptions

We aim to display accurate product information, including images and ingredients. However, colours and details can vary due to device displays and lighting. Packaging and formulations may change from time to time; refer to the product label you receive for the most current information.

We may change, limit, or discontinue any product or feature without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with alternatives or cancel and refund your payment.

5) Pricing, taxes & promotions

• All prices are shown in INR and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges (e.g., shipping, COD fees).

• Prices, offers, and promotions may change at any time before we accept your order.

• If we discover a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order(s) and refund any amounts paid, or offer you the option to proceed at the correct price.

• Promotional prices are valid only for the stated duration and subject to availability.

Accuracy, completeness & timeliness of information

Site content may include historical information for reference only. We may update site content at any time without obligation to do so. You agree that reliance on site material is at your own risk and you are responsible for monitoring changes to the site.

6) Orders & contract formation

When you place an order, you:

1. confirm that you have reviewed the full product listing;

2. make an offer to purchase the items in your cart; and

3. agree that a binding contract is formed when we accept your order (typically via order confirmation email or on-page confirmation).

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud, stock limits, or incorrect pricing). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

7) Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, wallets), processed via our third‑party payment partners. By submitting payment details, you warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen method.

• Orders are processed only after successful payment realisation.

• We are not liable for unauthorised or fraudulent card/UPI use; the responsibility rests with the instrument owner unless proven otherwise.

• We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers; our payment partners handle sensitive data per their security standards.

8) Billing & account information

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including per person/household/account or per payment instrument/address. We may attempt to notify you via the contact details provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update details (including email, addresses, and payment expiry dates) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

9) Cancellations, modifications & substitutions

• After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified (e.g., changing items, address, or quantities). Please review carefully before paying.

• In rare cases, we may substitute closely comparable variants (e.g., flavour or pack size) if expressly permitted by you during customer support interactions.

10) Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or, in case of failed delivery attempts, upon handover to the person available at that address.

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct; we are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

11) Promotions, coupons & Fair Usage Policy

Use of coupons, vouchers, referral credits, and promotional offers (collectively, "Offers") is subject to the specific terms displayed with the Offer and to this Fair Usage Policy.

Prohibited Activities :

• Each Offer may be availed once per user account unless stated otherwise.

• Offers are valid only during the stated period and for eligible products, carts, and geographies.

• Creating multiple accounts or placing multiple orders to reuse the same Offer.

• Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or technical workarounds to gain unintended benefits.

Enforcement :

We may verify and, at our discretion, cancel orders, revoke benefits, and suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse.
If your order is cancelled due to Fair Usage violations, we will notify you. You may write to us to appeal.

Transparency :

• We strive for fairness and clarity in enforcing Offers. We may revise Offer terms, or this Fair Usage Policy, at any time and will reflect changes on the website.

12) User conduct & prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• interfering with security or access controls;

• using bots or scraping tools without permission;

• uploading malware or engaging in fraud;

• infringing any third‑party rights; or

• violating applicable laws.

In addition, you must not use the site or its content to:

(a) solicit unlawful acts;
(b) harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (c) submit false or misleading information;
(d) collect or track personal information of others;
(e) spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
(f) upload malicious code that affects the operation of the Service or the Internet;
(g) pursue any obscene or immoral purpose; or (h) interfere with or circumvent security features.

13) Intellectual property & licence to use the Services

All content on the Services (including text, graphics, logos, product photos, videos, and code) is owned by or licensed to True Hunt and protected by applicable laws. You may access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, mirror, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

14) Third‑party services & links

Our Services may link to or integrate third‑party sites, apps, payment gateways, logistics providers, analytics tools, or optional tools made available via our platform providers. We do not monitor or control such third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Optional tools :

We may provide access to third‑party tools on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis without warranties, representations, or endorsements of any kind. Any use of such tools is at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure you approve the terms offered by the relevant third‑party provider.

15) Health, nutrition & veterinary disclaimer

Our content is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian regarding your cat’s specific needs, allergies, or conditions before making significant dietary changes.

16) User comments, feedback & submissions

If you send ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, reviews, or other materials (collectively, "comments"), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use them in any medium at any time without restriction or compensation. We have no obligation to -
(1) keep comments confidential,
(2) pay compensation, or
(3) respond.
You are solely responsible for your comments and represent that they do not violate any third‑party rights.

17) Warranties & disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free. From time to time, we may remove or suspend the Service (in whole or part) without notice.

18) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall True Hunt or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

19) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMD Petcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

20) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

21) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update or change the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and/or providing additional notice where required.

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22) Errors, inaccuracies & omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the site or Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g., descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability). We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order), except as limited by law.

23) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and, to the extent permitted by law, by the substantive laws of the State of Karnataka without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree that the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

Severability :

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire agreement & waiver :

These Terms and the Policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications regarding the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Survival :

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination (including payment obligations, indemnities, and limitations of liability) survive termination of these Terms.
